Oikos

About Us

Love, Care, Compassion and Professionalism at the heart of the recruitment process

In ancient Greece, the term “oikos” was used to refer to the family unit, including not just the nuclear family but also the extended family, and any other dependents.

This is the concept we take to Oikos Healthcare Solutions.

We support organisations and providers to deliver outstanding personalised care to the individuals who rely upon their services. We do this by matching the right job role or employer with the right professional, ensuring our candidates have good quality support and that we prioritise people over profit.

We believe that strong personal connections are crucial for providing care that addresses both emotional and physical needs.

Our reputation is born out of our professional background: We are a group of ex-nurses and care workers, which means we not only understand what our clients need, our candidates require and the people you care for must have, but that we instinctively care in a way only healthcare and social care professionals can.
